Western Carolina wins...by 102

No...really, they won their game Tuesday night against noted college hoops power Toccoa Falls by the score of 141-39. We thought these type of games were exhibitions played in November, not now.

That score included a 72-17 halftime lead. We don't exactly know why Western Carolina, a middle of the pack team in the Southern Conference played Toccoa Falls, a division II team and religious college in the hills of Georgia, but they did. The Eagles aren't great, they were 3-6 going into the game. Eastern Carolina, they moved to 9-10 on their season with the win.

Toccoa Falls guard Josh Barrett scored 17 of his teams 39 points.

There is no word if the Catamounts were embarrassed by either scheduling this game or by the amount of points they scored. For those keeping track, it's the 3rd largest win in the history of NCAA Basketball.
