The deal between the Sac Kings and the city has blown up for now...
The Maloofs want mayor Kevin Johnson removed from negotiations and proclaim they're not the bad guys in all of this...
Here's the conversation with George Maloof with the bad news and their version of events...
It was interesting that the Maloofs are interested in public interpretation of their point-of-view and that mayor Johnson won't move forward without collateral.
The interesting idea is that the Maloofs want to keep the team here for now...
Unlike last year when Harry Samueli wanted the team in Anaheim... which the HQ thinks is still a real possibility...
