OSG High: Mom Won't Be Charged In Mass. Graffiti Case

((HT: MyFoxBoston))

This one was odd from the beginning...

Lunenberg, Massachusetts...

Back in November, a high school football player's home was sprayed with racist graffiti. The student has parents of mixed race- a white mother and black father- and they claimed that other members of the football team had done the paint job claiming "Knights don't need no N******"

You can guess what the last word is...

But, then, as time went on and police investigated the player's mother, Andrea Brazier, became the focus of the investigation.

Our initial coverage was here...

Word is, now, that the DA's office doesn't have enough evidence to go after Brazier even if the case hasn't been closed...

Here's the "why" and the recap...

The 13-year-old victim transferred to another school after all this went down in the first place...

Katina Caraganis of the Fitchburg Sentinel and Enterprise caught up Brazier who said she had to check with her lawyer before commenting on the decision...
