NPSL West/Midwest Region Week 11 Review/Preview

It's the playoffs...

The Sonoma County Sol advance after a 2-0 win over FC Hasental (goals by Brenton Frame and Taylor Jones).
They will play Spartans Futbol Club from the Northwest Conference next Sunday.

The Sacramento Gold defeated the San Diego Flash 2-1 on Saturday.
The Gold advance to play FC Force next Saturday.

Central Conference

The top three teams are separated by five points and the next two aren't far behind.

Quad Cities are three points ahead of Minnesota United (20-17) and five ahead of the Madison 56'ers.

Twin Stars and FC Bordo are at 12 and 11 points, respectively, while Eau Claire Aris are still pointless.
Last week, Quad Cities lost to United as did Madison. TwinStars beat Eau Claire and FC Bordo had the week off.

This week is the last week of the regular season...

Quad Cities has Eau Claire. United Reserves goes to Madison. TwinStars are done, FC Bordo has Eau Claire as well.

Great Lakes East Conference

Fort Pitt Regiment has come from the pack to be on top heading into the last weekend- two points up on AFC Cleveland (20-18). Erie is at 14 and FC Buffalo is at 10 points.

The Regiment had their weekend made with a win over FC Buffalo while AFC beat Erie, 2-1.

This week, Fort Pitt travel to Cleveland and Detroit City FC. Cleveland also host Erie. Erie host Michigan the day before. FCB host Detroit City and Michigan Stars.

Great Lakes West Conference

The top three teams are separated by three points heading into the last weekend. Indiana Fire are at 24 points. Lansing United are at 23 points and Detroit City are at 21. Michigan Stars are at 13 points and Cincinnati are at 10.

Lansing got their 6 points beating Michigan and Cincinnati.

DCFC split their match-ups with Cincinnati and Michigan and Indiana Fire had the weekend off.

This week, Lansing hosts Indiana and DCFC to decide the conference crown. Indiana also travels to Cincinnati.
